Quality will be the focus of all activities and shall strive towards meeting and exceeding customer expectations and achieve continual improvement by setting quality objectives in all spheres of activities.
NQAQSR will ensure that all conflict of interest situations arising out of its activities are identified and resolved timely and effectively.

Having assisted over 3000 Companies to achieve ISO 9000:2001 and ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 Certification. NQAQSR has developed multi sector expertise of integrated auditing backed by over 100 internal and external auditing personnel with qualifications and experience in most manufacturing and service sectors, in compliance with the requirements of ISO 19011:2000 Qualification Criteria for QMS, EMS, OHSAS Auditors. Conducting assessments in both large multinational organizations incorporating most sectors of industry and commerce and small privately owned companies with complete objectivity. Training of auditors at NQAQSR is a continuous process to update and enhance their auditing skills and technical knowledge.
Our Commitment
NQAQSR Business policy is to deal directly with the clients on all auditing and certification matters, however if business is referred by any consultant / consulting organization, NQAQSR follows its strict auditing and certification process and it does not under any situation can allow any other consulting organization to make statement that certification would be simpler, easier, faster or less expensive.
The Management of Impartiality
The top management of NQAQSR is fully committed to impartiality in management system certification activities. The NQAQSR Quality Policy has a publicly available statement that it understands the importance of impartiality in carrying out its management system certification activities manages conflict of interest and ensures the objectivity of its management system certification activities.
NQAQSR has identified, analyzed and documented the possibilities for conflict of interests arising from provision of certification including any conflicts arising from its relationships. However, if any relationship creates a threat to impartiality, NQAQSR shall document and be able to demonstrate how it eliminates or minimizes such threats. This information shall be made available to the expert committee. The demonstration shall cover all potential sources of conflict of interests that are identified, whether they arise from within NQAQSR or from the activities of other persons, bodies or organizations.
A relationship that threatens the impartiality of NQAQSR can be based on ownership, governance, management, personnel, shared resources, finances, contracts, marketing and payment of a sales commission or other inducement for the referral of new clients, etc. NQAQSR presently has no formal relationship with any other organization.
NQAQSR Certification Pvt. Ltd. is committed to provide an independent, impartial and competent certification of Quality, Environment, OHSAS and other Management Systems to all its clients in a manner that is most cost-effective and adds value to its client’s products and services to the ultimate customers’ Satisfaction NQAQSR shall ensure that its services are available to all its suppliers and these services are not based on undue financial, sectorial or any other consideration. NQAQSR ensures that all its procedures operate in a non discriminatory manner.
NQAQSR will ensure that its certification services are:
a) To the client’s satisfaction,
b) fit for the purpose for which they are intended,
c) Adequate and reliable for the performance of independent third party assessment,
d) Impartial and free from the control by those who may have financial interest in NQAQSR.
e) Manages conflict of interest and ensures the objectivity of its management system certification action. NQAQSR will take necessary actions to respond to any threats to its impartiality arising from the actions of other persons, bodies or organizations. Any threats to impartiality from various sources are brought to the notice of Expert Committee and also the potential sources of conflict of interest have been understood and taken care of.
f) When relationship of NQAQSR poses threat to impartiality, no certification would be granted. NQAQSR has no subsidiary or any related organization.
g) NQAQSR will not certify another Certification Body for its management system certification activities.
h) NQAQSR and any part of it has not and shall not offer or provide management system consultancy or internal audit services. Thus 2 year limit before certification is not applicable in case of NQAQSR.
i) NQAQSR Business policy is to deal directly with the clients on all auditing and certification matters, NQAQSR Shall have no links with any consultant / consulting organization.
NQAQSR activities shall not be marketed or offered as linked with the activities of an organization that provides management system consultancy. NQAQSR shall take action to correct inappropriate claims by any consultancy organization stating or implying that certification would be simpler, easier, faster or less expensive if the certification body were used.
To ensure that there is no conflict of interests, personnel who have provided management system consultancy, including those acting in a managerial capacity, shall not be used by NQAQSR to take part in an audit or other certification activities if they have been involved in management system consultancy towards the client in question within two years following the end of the consultancy.
In order that these objectives are achieved effectively, the NQAQSR Board of Directors has appointed an Expert Committee which is vested with the responsibility of approving and advising on the implementation of NQAQSR certification scheme, independently of the Board of Directors of NQAQSR, in conformance with the requirements of ISO 17021:2006
In pursuance of achieving the objectives of NQAQSR's policy, quantified objectives and targets have to be established in respect of the administrative, assessments and customer satisfaction for continual improvement in the effectiveness of NQAQSR's documented quality procedures for annually, as per NQAQSR Procedure-P-04-5.2.
The primary responsibilities for monitoring and analysis of the performances against these specified targets have been assigned for review by the management and the Expert Committee.
All NQAQSR Staff, either internal or external, or committees, who could influence the certification activities, shall act impartially and shall not allow commercial, financial or other pressures to compromise impartiality.
